Pastor Marcus & Lady Letisha Scott
In 2017, he heeded to the voice of the Lord to change the name of the church from the Church of God and True Holiness to our current name: THE WAY CHURCH and within 6 months, the church moved to a new location at 6600 Hallelujah Blvd. In May of 2019, the church moved to Wendell Blvd.

In June of 2022, during the annual Christian Covenant Fellowship of Ministries Conference, Pastor Scott heeded to God’s voice, and submitted his ministry under the leadership of Bishop Michael A. Blue Sr and Pastor Malinda Tarte-Blue. In February of 2023, after much prayer and wise instruction, Pastor Marcus Scott Sr., became the Overseer and Senior Pastor of The Way Church International Fellowship of Ministries.
He strives to be an example to the young as well as the old that “you can be kept if you want to be kept!” and that “living a holy life is the best life!” Pastor Marcus Scott Sr. is married to his bride of twenty-four years; First Lady Letisha Scott and together they are the proud parents of eleven children.

Letisha Scott is a devoted wife, loving mother, faithful mentor, and an anointed woman of God who serves diligently alongside her husband, Marcus A. Scott, Sr., as Co-Pastor of The Way International Fellowship of Ministries (T.W.I.F.M).
Letisha encountered the power of the Holy Spirit at the young age of 15, a moment that marked the beginning of her unwavering commitment to Christ. She graduated from East Duplin High School in 1998 and, at just 19 years old, married the love of her life on August 11, 1999. In time, the call to serve in ministry alongside her husband became clear, and she embraced it wholeheartedly.
She is the proud mother of eleven children—Talia, Marcus Jr., Tanesha, Shakirah, Benjamin, Moriah, Madelyn, Sean, Bryson, Savannah, and Eden—and a spiritual mother to countless sons and daughters in the faith. Her nurturing presence and godly wisdom have impacted lives both inside and outside the walls of the church.
Letisha’s life is a powerful testament to grace, wisdom, strength, and enduring faith. She is especially passionate about mentoring women and young ladies, offering sound counsel, sincere encouragement, and Spirit-led discernment through every season of life. Her humility and integrity make her a trusted voice and leader in the body of Christ.

Whether through teaching, worship, or day-to-day ministry, Letisha Scott continues to pour into others, shaping a legacy built on love, servant leadership, and the life-changing power of God’s Word.
